Your responsibilities

 

• You support our team in national and international recruiting projects (Greece, Cyprus, Germany and UK)

• You acquire the right talents for our clients and effectively implement our recruiting strategies

• You work closely with our German and Greek team (Cologne/ Thessaloniki) on various recruiting projects

• You look after our candidates from first contact to successful placement

• You expand our talent pool via networking in social media channels

• Through your proactive thinking, you ensure a sustainable cooperation with our clients

Your Profile

​

• You are an experienced recruiter and have already successfully placed candidates

• You are enthusiastic about innovative IT topics and creative, when making contact and addressing candidates (e.g., Xing/ LinkedIn)

• You enjoy working with social media platforms and help optimize our recruiting strategies

• You enjoy bringing candidates and clients together and you promote the development of new projects

• You are characterized by a high level of commitment, initiative and a pronounced will to succeed

• Goal-oriented and independent work is of great importance to you

• Business fluent English is essential, knowledge of the German language will be considered a plus
