IT Application Engineer (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a for our customer, a leading technology provider in the field of mechanical and plant engineering in the Augsburg regionIT Application Engineer (m/f/d). 

Your tasks

​

  • You will be responsible for the support, further development and creation of company applications

  • You will support and further develop the ERP system and the interfaces to other systems

  • You plan, develop and carry out projects and, if necessary, also lead them

  • You will take on tasks in the areas of authorization management, application monitoring/management

  • You will also provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support for applications in your assigned area of responsibility

Your profile

 

  • You have successfully completed a degree in the field of (business) informatics or alternatively a training as an IT specialist or technician with relevant professional experience

  • You are an expert in the further and new development of company-specific applications in Java and have already gained practical experience in this area

  • You are very familiar with SQL database programming and ideally have experience in working with an ERP system

  • You are also acquainted with MS Visual Studio.net. / SQL, VB, C#

  • Experience or additional qualifications in project management are an advantage

  • Customer orientation, willingness to learn and commitment complete your profile
