Curious about the world of work?
We offer many entry-level opportunities for students - from internships to working student jobs in various areas. An internship is the perfect way to get a first insight into the working world of Novolos 01. Within the duration of 6 months you will gain some initial experience and support our team in diversified projects. Your personal mentor will be at your side and answer all your questions. You can also join us as a working student during your studies. You will take responsibility for individual projects and help drive the digital future together with us!

Helen Lutz - IT Recruiter
Since the beginning of 2018, I have been supporting the recruiting team in their search for the right talent. Whether you are a software developer or architect, a DevOps engineer or CRM expert, I am happy to assist you in your search for a new challenge. My focus is on the engineering, automotive and retail sectors. Besides Germany, recruiting for our subsidiary in Greece is also one of my tasks. Here, highly qualified IT experts develop remotely for our German customers on a project basis.

I joined Novolos 01 in July 22 and was initially responsible for recruiting coordination and now am responsible for telecommunication & IT positions. The company has allowed me to find where my strengths lie and develop quickly. The company is supportive, and I can plan my job around my family. The team has welcomed me with open arms. I love the days in the office when we can all meet up and have a coffee together.
Chiara - PMO/Coordinator
I joined Novolos 01 in May 2019, initially starting as a Junior Recruiter and advanced from a Project Assistant to a PMO/Coordinator. Since the beginning of 2023, I've been a part of the Business Development Team, contributing to the exploration of new and the enhancement of existing business areas. Additionally, I support the establishment of our Employer Branding concept and oversee the continuous improvement of our website. At Novolos 01, I enjoy a lot of creative freedom, and my ideas are valued. Despite working from home 2-3 days a week, the team is incredibly united, and there's always room for fun!
Jasmin - Working Student Recruiting & Employer Branding
I have been part of the Novolos team since November 2021 and am currently studying business psychology. I provide support in all recruiting matters and take care of employer branding, among other things. For this I deal with the development of social media for Novolos and the creation of content. I learn something new every day from the great team and I am happy to be able to support Novolos.
