• Personnel and budget responsibility for internal staff and external consultants

• IT support for sales companies

• Advising the companies on the design of pre-sales, sales and after-sales processes

• Implementation of business processes in cooperation with the departments in modern IT solutions on the basis of SAP technology and current web development

• Project management of IT projects in an international environment

• Further development of sales topics within the framework of the digitalization program

• International expansion of a central dealer management system

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification

• Extensive experience in project management of processes and IT systems for sales, service, customer relationship management and business intelligence

• Distinct conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• High level of personal commitment, result oriented as well as flexible

• High degree of international orientation and cultural sensitivity

• Ability to work in a team and at the same time strong leadership skills and assertiveness

• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance at all levels

• Very good knowledge of German and English, French or another foreign language (e.g. Russian) are desirable
